Return & Replacement Policy
Perishable Product Policy
Because our products are perishable cheese items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Once food products leave our facility, we cannot resell them or guarantee proper storage conditions during transit or after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace the affected items.
To report an issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product and packaging
• A short description of the issue
This allows us to review the claim and determine the best solution.
Replacement Process
If the claim is approved:
• We may request that the damaged items be returned to us for inspection
• Once received, we will ship replacement items at no additional cost
We reserve the right to deny replacement requests submitted after the 3-day reporting window.
Shipping Delays
While we use insulated packaging and expedited shipping when necessary, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
Return Authorization
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
